For the same reason a lot of posters in this forum bought. They believed the IRR, when it eventually arrived, would be the catalyst for a sale at an excellent price. Why else would management be seeking other funding options? Fortis - once bitten twice shy. I cant see how they'll be persuaded to keep rolling over the debt. Distressed sellers aren;t in much postion to haggle over any offers - but at this time there is no offer to even haggle over. Feel strongly for holders and fully undeerstand why so many have expressed disgust with management. Underhanded to say the least. Would you buy a used gas field from this man? Noooooo.
