Pure speculation for sure.... But it's fun to speculate, that's why we're here right?

let's see a timeline, a cookie trail of sorts.

    1. Mt Cattlin closes down C&M, well reported high mica (lepidolite) content in their concentrate.
    2. GMM reopens Mt Cattlin at the beginning of Lithium boom 1.0
    3. AT at the helm of GXY, merge with GMM and acquire Mt Cattlin. Significant work is undertaken to rectify previous concentrate issues.
    4. AT forms a strategic alliance with LPD, must really like their technology. Knowing how much lepidolite MtC has, completes DD on LPD and goes all in.
    5. Floor falls out of LCE prices.
    6. SDV inching along, needs to progress faster. Kicking MtC will only keep us around so long. Need to refocus on SDV, too many irons in the fire.
    7. AT pushed aside. Strategic Alliance with LPD is dead.
    8. LPD acquire Karabib from DLI. DLI execs are voluntarily out of a job, deals done, things discussed. DD completed on LPD tech.
    9. DLI execs (and friends) incorporate Li-Cycle, with lofty North American battery recycling ambitions.
    10. AT joins the board of Li-Cycle
    11. Marketing material emerges from Li-Cycle, that is basically a copy and paste of LOH-Max capability.
    12. AT places his GXY shares up as collateral. Must be planning something big.

Now for the wildly speculative part of the story....

    13. Li-Cycle goes public in North America. AT knowing the LOH-Max tech, knowing the opportunity. Takes a large placement holding of Li-Cycle. Using GXY shares as collateral.
    14. Li-Cycle raise further funds to progress their "hub and spoke" battery recycling design, featuring a central (hub) LOH-Max LiHO processing plant to service US markets.
    15. That strategic alliance is back in business. GXY's loss is AT's gain.

How wild did I get? Seems pretty crazy eh...
