I am sure all holders would like their money back.
Imo , there is no way a CA will succeed.
Have to have a Law firm willing to put up the money initially to try to prosecute a company registered in the Cayman Island , with the CEO having his shares in some sort of bank deal.
Would be like chasing smoke . Woftam....
