Yes $4.97 would be excellent. $3.97 would be nice to start! Of course you meant $2.97 and it's nice to see that it's broken through the $3 now (in anticipation I guess of results).
I honestly have not much idea how the full or near full sale/lease of Moorebank will impact the price - I hope a good chunk higher, in theory the market should be factoring in that cash back/debt repaid, but maybe the money is going elsewhere?
