I am not sure that you are right about the net worth amount of $500,000, I thought it was higher, about $2 mil.
Anyway, anyone interested in involvement in a placement to " sophisticated investors " I think can have themselves declared such by their stockbrokers. Then make it known to the company that you are interested in taking part in a future placement and sit back and wait for the call.
Probably tomorrow in CTO's case.
