bell case ruling no good for anz opes p circus, page-3

Corrected version of my previous posting here which was submitted in haste because I'm just so angry with this 'lot',which have caused my Wife and Myself to re-enter the workforce (yes, there are Jobs around even for 60 and 62 year old people)and who knows we may even one day find the funds to mount a case against this 'lot' and the A.S.X..

With the ruling in the Bell Resources Case To day going AGAINST the Banks it seems that it may be wise for ANZ to Buy Back Shares affected by the Opes Prime Circus where necessary and return them to the rightful owners of those Shares.

I was never an Opes Prime client however ANZ's action there, caused me to loose most of my Retirement Funds and I feel like suing the ANZ and the A.S.X. for misleading statements and practices which lead to many of Share prices falling more than should have been the case and evidence is that many now have Market Caps. lower than their actual Cash positions.
