How many of us think that property valuation this half will be positive.
A$ is now 0.7320, as per charts it should touch 0.85 within few months if the commodity prices keeps creeping up.

I tend to think that dividend is coming this half.

CER is sure to survive. If it had to fail, it would have failed by now. worst for the housing seems to be over.

I am trying to increase my holding slowly as and when I can afford it. I am not going to take risk of selling in spikes as spikes are getting higher & higher.
