good post Hope. I'm quite certain that in line with improving economic conditions we will see eventual write ups. Bearing in mind that Centro commenced its write down process significantly earlier then any other REIT hence its write up will commence ahead of most REITS.
CER is a company which produces strong cashflows and services all debt obligations in a timely manner.
In terms of its longevity - i see this company prospering and growing in time to come. Im glad to have a $50 to bet with anyone who believes CER wont be trading at least at 20-30c as a minimum within 12 months time.
