1) This is the time of lowest interest rate in the world, why not use credit facility. Borrow at 5%. Why dilute shareloders value.
2) Some basic mathematics:: If company build business on credit facility at 5%(let us say 10 Million Dollars). (Assume one year from now they are successful in getting FDA approval: As expected). At that time share price will be $1(Let us assume).
Net Expense :: 500,000 dollars only(interest on 10 Million borrowed money).
ROE will 1500 percent. THAT IS HUGE(BIG BONANZA FOR SHARE HOLDERS).
