If Kaddy.com don't calculate GTV revenue & allow for only 10% fees as revenue then overall revenue will be $692k for B2B + $1.53M for logistics = $2.22M revenue & $998k EBITDA.
On revenue alone if WDA cost $2.4M for $1.5M revenue then Kaddy will cost $3.55M for $2.22M revenue to acquire with $887k cash + 113.12M shares @ 5c.
On brands alone if WDA cost $2.4M for 180 brands then Kaddy will cost $3.33M for 250 brands to acquire with $832k cash + 124.9M shares @ 5c.
On EBITDA alone a normal business would sell for x2-3 = $2-3M. For strategic acquisition they should get at least x5.
