Nice dilligence on Kaddy. I will do some more research into them as well but from your dilligence, yes, they do appear to be a good fit for an acquisition. They would help accelarate Melb/Sydney traction and growth. However, in the spirit of deliberation and weighing options, I'm wondering if an acquisition in another area (W.A. or NZ for instance), might me more pragmatic.

I guess there are two sides of it. Acquire a company servicing SYD/MLB and elevate W.D. traction in those areas, or utilise an acquisition to gain traction in an underserviced area.
