Good post, I agree with all except the part where Emerge will go free if Crowd 1 disappear. Seeing as they have now been dragged into the money collecting side of things they very well could be sucked up into any prosecutions brought to Crowd 1. This could have a serious monetary and reputation impact on them if it does indeed happen.
To be clear I am not once referring to the fact EM1 have done anything wrong but merely by being tied into the Crowd 1 scheme and accepting the bulk of money I think was a very smart move by Crowd 1. This ensures that if the affiliates don't get paid there is a possibility for someone to blame. A lot of hogwash on their side most likely but would deflect the matter off them for a bit at least. It's dangerous to do business with these guys, they will use all the dirty tricks in the books if things go pear shaped.
