Grizzly recently posted that the price is being held back by the entity that will be receiving shares in the upcoming cap raising, in order to get the shares at a cheper price.
This could well be the case. Quite a few signs in recent weeks that BMN was held back from running past the $1.30 mark where it was surely heading.
Who knows, but once that placement is done, I think the "paint will be dry" ... and action wont be far away.
