I spent a lot of time interviewing Mary and she is more impressive than her impressive CV suggests. I believe she will be a real asset to RAC as we move forward.
While not explained in the announcement, it is our company policy that all board members acquire and own at least 12 months renumeration in RAC shares (some of us have taken this policy to an extreme). Mary will not be an exception.
