Definitely agree with what you're saying about CLW being seen as a boring stock. My goal for this is long-term hold and reinvest dividends. Charter Hall has some great management and I trust their ability to provide consistent returns to us holders in the future. 14 year WALE with consistent dividend payouts as well as good results, don't have much to complain about
