Not so much a matter of entertainment but of curiosity. This capital raise comes barely 12 months after a major recapitalisation of the company and a 20:1 consolidation of its shares from the old OBJ. Wasn't the recapitalisation supposed to inject enough new funds into the company to see it through to positive earnings? Now the company is revealing it really hasn't changed its spots, only its name. I'm glad I got out at 18c after the consolidation (0.9c in terms of the old shares), and realised a 90% loss on my original investment - useful for capital gains tax purposes. Now it looks like it's inexorably headed back down to the 0.9c mark again. This company, even after the name change, and CEO change is still excellent at churning through money and destroying shareholder wealth. The share consolidation only increased the possibility of destroying even more shareholder wealth.

sentiment changed to: wouldn't touch this with a barge pole
