We are a very hands on board and we run the company as owners, not employees. For those that have been here for some time you will know that we are really focused on achieving a return for our shareholders, not just giving ourselves cushy, overpaid positions.
A major reason for this is we all have significant skin in the game from shares we have bought with our own money. This is a culture we all want to see continued as new people join the company. Shareholders first, management second.
