They have to have the lawyers document it properly and get it signed by the counter parties. It's one thing agreeing on the deal it's another getting it down on paper without unwanted consequences. Now I believe it may well have been finalised over the W/E but they are being cautious dotting the i's and crossing the t's. The devil is always in the detail as we found when we got ( are Due) a further $10m from Gun powder.
Please don't interpret this as me having any particular faith in or affection for lawyers- that would be wrong . I do feel a little more positive to commercial ones though. I'll fully admit to being bigoted in this regard. [As long as they admit to being blood sucking leaches who stir up disagreement to garner fees].
