I’d be interested to find out how shorting can occur for valid or transparent reasons as you mention here. Can you expand and give an example. Also how short ladder attacks can help accumulate for a related party. Can you expand and demonstrate by example. As you see this as being ‘the problem with MSB’ I will attempt to solve the problem for you and in doing so provide a solution to your concerns.
