Hi Red, I wonder if that is just a vision statement at this time or if they are currently actively planning for further sites, eg site selection etc.
As I mentioned in an earlier post I am hoping they move to active planning after funding announcement for first site is achieved, then further site announcements will have more credibility, with funding locked away for first site.
Just my humble opinion though as always.
