What is stupidity is a PE firm paying greater 100%+ premium to current SP, its just not going to happen. I am a long term holder and my avg holding price is 37c and of course want more, but also being realistic.
If they want more than 40c then he needs to prove its worth more than 25c to the market, just the way the world works.
