Not sure, there have been some takeover rumours as Sigma's position has significantly improved from the looks of today's announcement, though haven't heard it being CW. CW is looking at their own IPO coming up this year so would imagine that they'd wait for that to happen first. CW also already have their own DCs and some wholesale capabilities so not sure whether it will bring much more value at this stage.
