Its could be more complex than that, now given that Z1p are going to USA for an ADR........
-They will be under more scrutiny for compliance from DJ. More compliance etc is not liked by market makers.
- The US market play a major factor in the daily SP fluctuations and may limit the high Z1P high fluctuations too. The market makers/ institutes who had good control and managing the volatility on ASX may lose control/ charge and exit the stock for greener pastures i.e other script of their interest.....other bnpl are there many now on ASX.
Result:
Compliance high
Control - low
Clever - all investors.....
