basically....SPP's are offerend / conducted once a year...
However a company can offer them twice a year (due to lakc of interest first time around or could be due to scale back the previous time)
From a s/holders point of view....
You can only apply for $5,000 worth in SPP, in a 12 MONTH CYCLE.
So, if say u applied for $2,000 in Dec...it means u can ONLY apply for a max of $3,000 this time around
If you applied and got $5,000 in Dec, it means you can not apply for it again - you will not get any allocated.
