There was talk on this forum about CTO not wanting to draw down on the loan facility. One poster here was told that the loan agreement had been executed and the notes issued but no announcement ever came out about it so one wonders if it did indeed occur and the loan agreement actually fell through. I agree with others here who said such information should have warranted more than just one sentence in the quarterly.
