JORC upgrade is incorporated into the BFS in my outlook. The BFS is the much larger ticket item. The drilling is more directed at accurately targeting the ore for extraction but if located adjacent to currently planned mining it will enable an expansion of the annual tonnage and thus strengthen the BFS. All 3 are very much synergistic but first we need to get to 1st base.
Mt Cecilia is an exploration play, so has zero $ value in my book currently. Exploration plays are money sinkholes with a 1% COS so I dont value them until they have some positive drill bits spinning. Mx are focused on SA , correctly IMO. I am not accumulating, locked and loaded, full to the gunwhales and waiting.
