The Opposition proposal for increases related only to single pensioners. If I am wrong please correct me. I applaud this policy. However I also applaud the governments alternative in that it gave a one thousand dollar lump sum to all pensioners and single pensioners are also likely to et their $30 increase in the budget.
Any other alternative policies? Noone has yet responded to the oppositions policy on what they would in the short term to stimulate the economy. I emphasise the immediate to short term.
