    Just noticed that uranium TOE (I do not hold!) has jumped substantially today on Vanadium sniff:

    "Toro has defined a significant maiden total Inferred JORC 2012 Resource of 68.3M Pounds
    of Vanadium Pentoxide (V2O5) at a 200ppm V2O5 cut-off (see Appendix 1 and 2, and ASX
    release dated 21 October 2019) inside the uranium resource envelopes for each deposit..."
