ASX will be at an all time high today nearly all of my stock on my watch list are up OEL is the only one that has not moved ,and some one is making sure it will not run ,not sure of the motive ,could there be some company out there ,that has OEL in their site ,it must be looking very cheap at the moment for a T/O
