- The partnership allows Mogul to include SLGG’s AI powered streaming technology to deliver the best production value in esports streaming in the industry.
- There are no fees payable by either party under the partnership.Mogul and SLGG will generate revenue from joint business development activities.
- Revenue would be generated on a client by client basis, driven by the scope of each engagement.
So in summary...
- Mogul get access to patented AI - camera driven tech for streaming games etc. + API for popular games like clash Royale etc.
- SLGG - get access to the Asia market of Esports (they specifically say that in the announcement "Mogul shares our vision and their world class tournament platform is a great hub for players and brands. Their reach into Asia and LATAM is also attractive to us so we’re excited to see where this partnership will go."
How they share revenue etc is to be worked out in the future. However I suspect SLGG, recognise potential in Mogul. Since we are set to penetrate the mobile market, (which is where there is huge market in Asia specifically), so they are positioning themselves with us, when mobile App comes out.
