Guys that large stock transfer was pre-arranged, and done as a cross trade.
I am sure the buyer just put the bid up earlier than the seller was ready in an effort to see if he could solicit any other seller down to him which he did NOT.
Good buying this morning.
Still going to $1 very short term in my opinion. Once we get news of the expansion plan market will work out that we will have our market cap in cash very shortly and away we go.
