Am I right in reading the announcemet that NGF consider there is no hedge requirements to be met by NGF between the period Lehman became bankrupt and the date at which a US court might allow an assignment of the hedge contract to another party? If that is the case than at least over that period NGF would save a substantial sum, and it is in NGF's interest to drag this case out as long as possible in case the decision in the US court were to go against them.
