I think the financial state is heavily dependent on whether or not Novartis continues with the collaboration/licensing agreement. The 90 day extension to the cooling off period due to the failed Covid trial revealed by Novartis but not yet acknowledged by SI is not that far from expiry.
That may eventually trigger a reaction.
