Funny, I literally sent this in an email to management this morning basically saying this is how it's done and would really like to see our company doing this. The last paragraph was absolutely a pleasure to read! Refreshing! Makes me want to invest in that company and I have no idea about them. Stuff like this goes a long way with shareholder sentiment (hence the amount of thumbs up the post got).
