No I don't think its a limitation - they've moved away from it as part of creating the universal product. It's an educational roadblock to roll out, I know of other technologies that are fantastic but need to overcome the educational roadblocks - GP's for example.

Too bad that you disagree, I have spoken to PD and have it in writing that they do not need regulatory approvals for what they are doing. So it's a shame that you've been wrong this whole time (no apologies needed, of course).

@Rorbag - patience is wearing thing, and that is understandable. They basically have a very short window after COVID settles in Europe (hopefully vaccines speed this up)... it is an understandable reason at this point but once that roadblock is gone, no more excuses. Rerate yes, but it depends on the scale of the deal to be completely honest.

Without dollar figures from Philips I would suggest we wouldn't be any more than 15c if nothing else about the business had changed.
