Anyone know the CGT implications for a spin off?
The date of purchase I figure to be reset to date of spin off for the new shares (for 12 month 50% discount purposes).
What value goes onto the purchase price of the new shares? None? Is the purchase price value all left in FFX? Or is there some complex formula?

Not seeking any fin advice, but if anyone can share their own experience with similar spin-off it'd be appreciated.
