TCG, understand what you are saying, but ARU more valuable as they are the only 'independent' left..

LYC board now equally split with the Chinese and Nic Curtis having the deciding vote... I would think it unlikely he will buck what the Chinese want.
LYC contracts are pretty much 'commercial in confidence' so no one knows the fine print.. are there escape clauses or are LYC going to be able to force prices up?

I accept that ARU has relations with 2 Chinese companies (not just ECE), but consumers would now need to be weighing options very carefully.. ARU's production is un committed as yet...

As Pirra says, time will tell, but China Inc has really played its hand..
