True - but wouldn't you expect scientific research (SR) to be done prior to launching your product/s - adding to the credibility of them, therefore justifying the price .... as opposed to after the fact?
In fairness to them though, perhaps they are using belated and extra SR (in lieu of client testimonials, commendations & reviews etc) to justify an imminent price increase?
Now that would be good for S/H's.
