Yibin have had a long time to make a deal with AVZ, they signed on for the 9% along time ago now. Personally I am very glad that they didn’t get a board seat.
Also huge credit to Nigel for not signing a shitty deal and staying strong for deals on AVZ terms. Yibin have however annoyed me by playing games despite the “act in good faith and negotiate offtakes”. Only speculation ofc but why else has nothing been signed?
Nigel is well aware of what we need to maximise shareholder value and I’m very happy he’s leading us forward at the moment.
