why do you have to hold one share, the spp applies to holders as off 30/4. Why cant you sell all your shares if you hold < 15 k and buy back with SPP. The only problem I can see is the potential for scale back if there is significant interest. I do not however see where this one share comes into it. Surely any holder as of 30/4 is entitled to participate, weather they sell out Mon or not.
