that would be assuming the best...
if HP was going to put up some cash... pressumably they would have done so for the first order?
i assume HP wont be the source of investment.
other options may not necessarily dilute existing holders equity... but i have been reading up on FIN101 course outlines and see mention of cost of capital... so i think one should expect to pay one way or another.
