loved the joke. Joking apart though, in all seriousness, (nothing to do with A2m SP etc.. just info) I have seen so many health conscious people, people on Ketogenic or Paleo diet and health gurus recently spruik the harmful effect of milk and ( check them out on youtube and so on) stay away from any form of homogenised and/or pasteurised milk. Research data shows milk is not super food and it become "toxic" when it is "sterilised " so to speak only FEW of them have a small amount of RAW milk with oatmeal/ coffee just for taste on their diet. I personally don't drink milk and always feel great health wise but To each their own.. peace
