Sure you guys all want higher divys and more spending on things that DO NOT reduce AISC.
LT a bad idea.
At least refinance it to 20 years at 1.7% and reduce half of it with cash.
Why hold $4B cash?
Why continue to hold this poisonous dangerous junk bond debt at 4-5% which remains an existential threat to it as proven in the past.
What has Credit Suisse got over AF & FMG?
A historic opportunity to resolve this legacy issue of debt once and for all.
