it is a good point... but the reality is that most downstream consumers dont really care how hard or easy it is to get the certification. As long as we have it, it allows us to market it that little bit more premium. and if it doesn't cost us anything extra... then why not!
It is like those Products that Advertise themselves as Gluten Free!! ... even though the product never had and never will have gluten... some consumers just like that crap, so they can facebook it and make their friends feel inferior
