I dont mind.
Good for some minor metals given their use in the strategic defence system.
In fact you have to wonder if this is why the Chinese are beginning to nail down the RE's and some other rather unique metals atm.
It could also lead to some of these metals being reincorporated into the US strategic stockpile once again or at least some form of western stockpile.
