is it just me or do we see guys like this fool come and go. Blatant down ramping and fear mongering while accumulating in the background to all of a sudden disappear off these boards once the price takes a healthy trip north. This has to be the what 5th or 6th person spewing utter BS that we have had to deal with over the years.
