Not sure about URA if it was some sort of rights issue but I'd say they'd be governed by their weightings mandate, so my guess is no unless they are able to free up other capital to partake. A Rights Issue would be the only way they could participate.
They stll have ~ 3.9m shares to buy so will be interesting to see how they buy them in lieu of this CR.
