Seems like you know the biotech industry reasonably well as well. My estimate was for $100mill to get it on the US market and I've said 3-5 years.
My feeling as to why the share price is currently at 5-6c levels is because the intelligent investors know that PRR are going to have source a massive amount of funds and it will be severely dilutionary over the next year or so, therefore no hurry to buy, but well worth watching.
