Naaa - I kinda stuffed up my point. My experience tells me what to worry about and anticipate... Cost blow-outs, director exaggerations, missed deadlines... It all happens, as I'm sure you are aware.
Based on what I have experienced, every business is different, but every business suffers from the same problems - Just to different extremes.
The day you have 100% confidence in your investment is the day the market takes all your money...
