The $1.5b I quoted was from a recent SMH article but I do not know where the journo got it from. I reviewed the judgement and it was not in there.
However, the $1.5 billion was mentioned in an earlier story in the Australian (link below) and was Visy's share

There is also a class action from smaller customers for $700m. Add up amounts potentially from larger customers and again you are getting close.
So overall, the amount of $1.5 billion does not look so wrong. Even if it is only half at $750m, still makes Pratt, Australia's biggest corporate criminal
